Located between Liverpool and Southport in the Northwest of England, Rosemary Wood Fishery is a commercial Carp fishery providing great sport for day-ticket and match anglers alike.
The Fishery consists of two lakes; Moss Lake which is approximately 5 acres and having 50 pegs and the smaller Island Pool at 3 acres with 41 pegs.
Although primarily a Carp fishery Rosemary Wood provides the Angler with the challenge of a number of other species including Bream, Roach, Ide, Tench, Chub, Perch, Orfe and Pike.
Rosemary Wood is open from 7:00am until sunset and day tickets are available on the bank so why not join us for some of the best fishing in the North West. Recent catches include Common Carp to 22lb, Mirror Carp to 19lb, Ghost Carp to 14lb, Tench to 6lb and Bream to 5lb, Chub to 5lb. With the right tactics in the right conditions it’s possible to put together a bag of 100lb+ of fish in just a few hours!
All of the pegs on each lake are within easy reach of the car parks and on Moss Lake you can even drive right up to most of them. |
